Legal Warranty of Conformity

Thank you for choosing Fabricwoodart for your purchase! We guarantee that our products, including our book-shaped lamps, comply with current regulations regarding the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (the "Consumer Code").

Warranty Duration

All products sold on our online store are covered by a legal warranty of conformity valid for 2 years from the date of delivery of the product. This warranty is reserved exclusively for end consumers and does not apply to purchases made by companies or professionals for purposes related to their business activity. 

Conditions for the Application of the Warranty

The legal warranty applies in the event of:

  • Defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product. 
  • Malfunctions or defects not caused by improper use or normal wear and tear of the product. The defect must be reported within 2 months of its discovery, by sending a communication to the email address info@fabricwoodart.it, specifying:
  • Order number. 
  • Detailed description of the defect found. 
  • Any images supporting the report.

Available Remedies In the event of a confirmed defect of conformity, the consumer is entitled to:

1. Repair or replacement of the product, at no additional cost.

2. If repair or replacement is not possible or would be excessively burdensome, the consumer may request:

  • A price reduction. 

Termination of the contract,

with a refund of the amount paid.

Warranty Exclusions

The legal warranty does not apply in the following cases: 

  • Improper or negligent use, or use not in accordance with the instructions provided. 
  • Damage caused by unauthorized interventions or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from use of the product.
